HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN THIS RAMADAN

Hey Beautykeepers!

Right about now, you might be trying to create a skincare routine to follow this Ramadan.

Lucky for you, we’ve got all the tips and tricks to help you out!

Tip 1: Hydration is KEY!

Make sure to drink 8 glasses of water after breaking your fast.
If you’re more hungry than thirsty you can switch it up by eating fruits and vegetables that are rich in water.
Pro tip: Consider investing in a moisturizing sleep mask that can nourish your skin while you get your beauty rest.

Tip 2: Moisturize

If you’re washing your hands and face 5 times a day, moisturizer is your new BFF.
Reapplication = happy hydrated skin.
You can even make a DIY facial spray with rosewater to freshen up throughout the day.

Tip 3: Tissue Masks

Try a serum infused tissue mask.
Whether you’re looking for hydration, a soothing effect, or glowing skin there’s a mask that can do that for you.
Masking once a week keeps your skin moisturized for up to 7 days.

Tip 4: Sunscreen

Don’t underestimate the importance of sunscreen. It can help prevent signs of aging, fine lines, sunburn, and dark spots.
With all these benefits, it’s totally worth it to add sunscreen to your everyday skincare routine.

Tip 5: Hot shower or a warm shower?

If you like long hot showers, you need to STOP RIGHT NOW!
Switching to warm water will make a huge difference and keep your skin from drying out.
