What happens after I place my order?

Confirmation of order will be sent via email when your order has been processed, please check junk mail if not received. If you haven’t received please send an email to shop@modbeautykeeper.com with subject line: “Order not received”

I have not received my order what should I do?

Please sign into your MODBEAUTYKEEPER account to check the status. If you haven’t created an account please send an email to shop@Modbeautykeeper.com please write “Where is my Order” in the subject in the body of the email please provide order number.

How can I track my order?

Sign into your account under My Account and select Login. You can view your order status, past orders, make changes to your account information, change your password, and store alternate addresses.

Where is my order shipped from?

Orders are shipped from the UAE, Dubai.

Do you ship outside of the GCC countries?

Oh trust, we are working around the clock to ship internationally, and working with distributors in order for all our Modest beauties to have the chance to purchase their very own MODBEAUTYKEEPER.

Can I return my MODBEAUTYKEEPER?

All MODBEAUTYKEEPER purchases are final.

Lost, Stolen, or damaged packages.

MODBEAUTYKEEPER is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. MODBEAUTYKEER is responsible for orders until they leave our facility only, once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

I received a defective MODBEAUTYKEEPER.

Please send a photo of the defect MODBEAUTYKEEPER and email shop@Modbeautykeeper.com in the subject line please write “Defect” we will gladly replace it.

How do I pay for any additional tax & duty charges?

The shipping provider will contact you if there are any additional tax & duty charges applied to your order. This will be collected by the shipping provider on behalf of your local customs office before or upon delivery.

What happens if I refuse to pay for additional tax & duties on my order?

Refusal to pay tax & duties applied to your order, the shipping provider will attempt to return your order to MODBEAUTYKEEPER. When returned, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt. However, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please understand some countries may not allow your order to be returned for refusal to pay tax & duty, in which case a refund isn’t guaranteed.
